Brent Sabin is a name well known amoung professionals within the local construction industry and has been a liscensed contractor for over 20 years. He has supervised jobs ranging from commercial to residential, one of which was a luxury home financed by Magic Johnson for his parents. Since 1986, Brent's work has also included development planning where a variety of exterior elevations and landscaping designs were required. He has also assisted in the formation of associations in condominium developments.

Efficiency

As a builder, Brent feels that he is "only as good as his subcontractors." Since the expansion of his company, Brent uses the knowledge he accumulated regarding products and process to select subcontractors with standards like his own; standards that exceed the industry requirements. His primary focus is on quality that "speaks for itself" on sight. He also provides his customers with many energy-efficient options "that don't have to be expensive."

Variety

Brent does all his own estimating and assists his clients with preliminary design decisions. Specifically, room sizes and the selection of elevations from the wide variety offered in his condominium subdivisions, as well as custom projects, often take time to consider before these plans are sent to Brent's draftsman. With Brent's ability to "adjust" a blueprint, he saves his subcontractors time, which is cost-effective for his valued customers.

Excellence

Brent has been attending Greater Lansing HBA and Remodelors Council meetings for 10 years representing Brent Sabin Builders, Inc. In 1996, Brent provided a condominium and single family residence for exhibit in GLHBA's Parade of Homes, resulting in several orders for custom built homes. In 1997, condominiums in both Forest Glen and Cherry Hill Estates were "on parade" for Brent Sabin Builders, Inc.
