Basic Connectivity Issues

Ok, so you can get connected fine and can usually stay connected, but there's still something not quite right about your connection. Maybe you don't connect at the speed you're expecting, or maybe connection speed looks fine but it just feels slow. Here are the three most commonly encountered connectivity issues customers have and what can be done about them (if anything).

• "I have a 56k modem. Why can't I connect at 56k?"
• "My modem says I'm connected at <insert rate here>, but everything is going slow!"
