Dialup Setup Walkthroughs

The following articles contain detailed instructions for setting up a dialup networking connection on a computer running different versions of Windows and Mac OS.

If you don't know what operating system version you are running, perform the following steps:

On a Windows computer:

• Click on Start.
• Click on Run or Run Program.
• In the Open box, type winver.
• Click OK or hit Enter.
• A box will come up telling you what version of Windows you are running. Click OK to close this window.

On a Macintosh computer:

• Click on the Apple icon.
• Select About This Computer or About This Mac
• The version of Mac OS you are running should be displayed
