(Cadaco 2007) Zip n Go Travel Lingo Game
With no mention of GSN (and six-letter words), it's hard to see how this is an officially licensed adaptation, but the playfield does say "TV Lingo."  The Cadaco website calls their "Zip n Go" releases travel versions of their popular games, but there is no evidence that this Lingo version existed in any other form.

The DVD game for this long-running (by cable standards) GSN original series saw limited distribution and was primarily sold through GSN's own website.  We're amused that the person who designed the game board featured on the cover obviously had no idea whatsoever how the game was played.  Amazingly, the only game show home game to feature a picture of veteran host Chuck Woolery.
